The Romania-Qatar Business Council (RQBC) is managed by a Board of Directors. All corporate powers are exercised by the Board of Directors, except as otherwise expressly permitted or required by the Council’s Articles of Incorporation, or by the Bylaws.

The Board of Directors is the executive representative body of the RQBC. Whilst taking into consideration the decisions of the Members’ Assembly, the Board of Directors supports the fulfilment of the Romania-Qatar Business Council’s duties and protects the interests of the Council’s members.
